- Sencha: Made with sencha tea from Chiyonoyaen in Yame, Fukuoka, which is free of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. This is the basic KBT Craft Kombucha, perfect for kombucha beginners, allowing you to experience the sweetness and refreshing aroma of Yame tea, a characteristic of Yame tea.
- Holy Basil: Holy basil, an herbal tea characterized by its deep, sweet aroma, is now available in kombucha. Made with tea leaves from BASIL HOUSE in Shizuoka, it features a subtly spicy aftertaste and a captivating flavor. Perfect for relaxation.
- Lemon Myrtle: A collaboration flavor with "Single O," a specialty coffee roaster from Sydney. Lemon myrtle is an evergreen shrub of the Myrtaceae family native to Australia, known as the "Queen of Lemon Herbs" for its refreshing aroma, even stronger than lemon, emanating from its leaves. Characterized by its vibrant citrus and herbal scent, often described as "more lemon than lemon." Kombucha adds umami and a subtle sweetness.
