KBT -Kombucha Brewery Tokyo- was founded in 2021.

We are a craft kombucha brand that launched in Shibuya, Tokyo.
With a flavor reminiscent of natural wine,
It is characterized by the acidity derived from fermentation.
No preservatives, flavorings, or other additives are used.

Currently, production takes place in a small detached house in Ryogoku, Tokyo, which was originally a Japanese confectionery shop.
We operate "KBT STAND," a bar and shop located in the factory.
Kombucha's raw materials are "tea," and the process of "fermentation" that creates deliciousness and health.
We are committed to spreading this new generation of fermented beverages, born from two Japanese cultures, both domestically and internationally.
