To store, please use a wine stopper to seal the bottle tightly, or wrap it with plastic wrap and cover it to prevent exposure to air.

We do not recommend storing it on its side.
Please store it upright in the refrigerator.

For beauty and health, we recommend drinking one shot (50-60ml) immediately after waking up in the morning.
It's also recommended to enjoy it during breaks at work, after exercise or a sauna, or as a drink with meals. You can also mix it with soda, or try it with gin or rice shochu + soda.
If you want to enjoy the aroma and drink it like a non-alcoholic natural wine, please pour it into a wine glass and enjoy.

KBT's craft kombucha is a food product, so there is no limit to the amount you can drink per day. However, drinking a large amount at once may rarely cause loose stools. It is recommended to start with 50-60ml (about one shot) once a day.

KBT's craft kombucha contains a small amount of alcohol (approximately 0.3%) due to the fermentation process. We advise pregnant or breastfeeding women, infants, and those with allergies or other medical conditions to consult their doctor or make their own judgment.

KBT's craft kombucha contains a large amount of acetic acid bacteria, which are found in vinegar. Therefore, drinking it on an empty stomach may damage the gastric mucosa. We do not recommend consuming it while abstaining from food for several days.

We split the shipping into two periods each month: the first half of the order period (1st to 15th) and the second half (16th to 31st).

KBT's kombucha is made only with tea leaves, sugars such as sugar, water, and a gelatinous membrane called scoby, which is made from yeast and bacteria. It contains absolutely no additives such as flavorings or preservatives. Also, because tea is the main ingredient, it contains no gluten or dairy products.
