Born in a small house in Shibuya, Tokyo
craft Kombucha, KBT -Kombucha Brewery Tokyo-.
Kombucha is a plant-based health drink made from fermented tea.We want to make it tastier and more fun to drink.
Enjoy as for beauty and health routines,or non-alcohol drink with foods!

Our vision is to share Japanese Kombucha from Tokyo to the world.
KBT Kombucha has 3 characteristics.
◯It’s the fermentation Tea - not extract, not powder
KBT’s Kombucha allows us to enjoy fresh fermented liquid, which gives a different experience and taste from other Kombucha forms.
◯The ingredients are simple
We do it simply and manually. Boil tea, add sugars, add bacteria, and ferment. We do not use additives such as preservatives or fragrances.
◯It tastes like Natural Wine
You will notice is a soft sourness like apple vinegar.Then comes the fresh scent of tea. The umami coming from the yeast resembles the taste of a glass of natural wine.

- What is the best before date?
- KBT take about 3 & 4 months from the manufacturing date in the freezer.
Holy Basil is 4 months, and for other products are 3 months.
After opening the bottle, you should drink within about one week. - Could you tell me the best way to keep bottle after opening?
- You can keep KBT by using a lid that tightly seals the wine in the freezer, or by wrapping it in cling wrap.
- Can I keep KBT horizontally in the freezer?
- We recommend that you keep KBT upright in the freezer.
HOW TO DRINK
- How many times a day can I drink it?
- KBT's craft Kombucha is a food product, so there is no limit to the amount you can drink per day.
However, if you drink too much at one time, it may cause an upset stomach in rare cases.
It is recommended to start with about 50-60ml (1 shot) in a day. - Can I drink KBT while pregnant or nursing?
- KBT contains a trace amount of alcohol (about 0.3%) during the fermentation process.
We tell people who are pregnant or nursing, infants, or those with allergies or other pre-existing medical conditions to consult their doctor or use their own judgment. - Can I take KBT with supplements or other products?
- KBT is a food product, not a drug or supplement, so there is no question of combining it with other drinks.
- Can it be substituted as a fasting or replacement drink?
- KBT contains a lot of acetic acid bacteria, which is found in vinegar, so if you drink it with an empty stomach, it may damage the mucous membrane of your stomach. We do not recommend drinking it after several days of not eating at all.

DELIVERY
- When will my order be shipped?
- We split the shipment into two parts for the first half of each month (1st-15th)
and the second half (16th-31st) of the month (1st-15th).
Orders confirmed in the first half of the month will be shipped around the 1st of each month, and orders confirmed in the second half of the month will be shipped around the 15th of each month. - Can you gift wrap a single bottle?
- We do not offer gift wrapping for single bottles.
- How do I order if I want to send a gift to two different locations?
- If you wish to send the gift to two different addresses,
we ask that you place separate orders for each address. - Can you have my order delivered in the shortest possible time?
- If you wish to have your order delivered as soon as possible, please indicate in the remarks column that you wish to have it delivered as soon as possible, and we will ship it as soon as we have it in stock.
However, please understand that we cannot guarantee delivery.
RETURN / EXCHANGE
- Can I return an item?
- Basically, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective. Please understand this in advance.
- Can I exchange it for another flavor?
- We generally do not accept exchanges unless the product is defective. Please understand this in advance.
SUBSCRIPTION
- Are there any restrictions on ordering a subscription service?
- Minimum number of times to continue: You may cancel your order after 3 deliveries. Please note that we cannot accept any cancellations before the third delivery.
Skip: You may skip your order from the second delivery. Please specify the period. Please specify a specific period of time.
If you wish to skip or cancel your order

Please send us the above 4 items. We will process the change. - How can I skip a subscription service?
- Please use the inquiry form. Please send us the following information: (1) your name, (2) phone number, (3) e-mail address, and (4) your request for a skip of 0 months.
You can skip a delivery from the second delivery, and the maximum skip period per delivery is 3 months. Please specify the period. We cannot accept an indeterminate period. - How can I cancel my subscription?
- Please use the inquiry form. Please send us the following information: (1) your name, (2) telephone number, (3) e-mail address, and (4) cancellation of the subscription service from the order of the month of October. After we confirm the information, we will cancel your order.
You may cancel after 3 deliveries. Please note that we cannot accept cancellation before 3 deliveries.
